Daniel H. Ruttenberg

Daniel H. Ruttenberg is a principal with the law firm of SmolenPlevy in Tysons, Virginia. His practice areas include estate planning, business succession planning, estate administration, and general corporate law. He is a member of the Bar in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant by the State of Maryland.

He is the President of the public charity, Poker Players Who Care, and is a member of the Board of Directors (and served as Vice President for 18 years) of the public charity, Devotion To Children. He received the β€œUnsung Hero” Award from the Tysons Chamber of Commerce for his work in the community.

Keth Ditthavong

Keth Ditthavong concentrates his practice on patent preparation and prosecution as well as patent counseling.
He was formerly with the firms of Oblon, Spivak, McClelland, Maier & Neustadt, P.C., and McDermott, Will & Emery.

He is admitted to the Virginia State Bar, and U.S. Court of Appeals (4th Circuit), and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office. He is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association, the Asian Pacific American Bar Association (Board of Directors), and ETA KAPPA NU (Electrical Engineering Honor Society).
