Daniel H. Ruttenberg is a principal with the law firm of SmolenPlevy in Tysons, Virginia. His practice areas include estate planning, business succession planning, estate administration, and general corporate law. He is a member of the Bar in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant by the State of Maryland.

Keth Ditthavong

Keth Ditthavong concentrates his practice on patent preparation and prosecution as well as patent counseling. He was formerly with the firms of Oblon, Spivak, McClelland, Maier & Neustadt, P.C., and McDermott, Will & Emery. He is admitted to the Virginia State Bar, and U.S. Court of Appeals (4th Circuit), and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
